I was roaming around the site and saw you were trying to locate a deadbeat dad, am I right in this assumption? Well however redundant the question, I think I might be able to help.

Child support enforcement is lazy, but what would we expect from our government? lol.

What you can do is file for child support and ask for the summons he is to be served with. Tell the person you'll have him served.

I can attempt to locate him for free, which should not be a problem, but the service of papers would probibly cost. If I were in your area, I might be able to do it for free, but your too far away. lol.

If you have filed for child support, you qualify for cash assistance with the state as well as health insurance and food stamps(SNAP).

Christmas:

For christmas items, I suggest going to your local salvation army as soon as possible as christmas draws closer. You may also try your local Catholic Charities office or Diocese. Be sure to bring with you; social security cards and birth certificates for your children as well as a state issued photo ID.

 in response to mommyof3greatkids...   HI, you can also try www.zabasearch.com  type in the person name and what state they live in. if you don't get the place they living at now , it will show all the other places they live. it works for me. if you know some of his people sometime that help too. and also http://www.infospace.com   hope this help!!!!

Sorry he can't be located. Try Efficient PI here but to do that might charge a fee or maybe give you hints on how to locate him.

I would try anywho.com first and last name and where he last lived and you might have to pay a small fee but you might find him that way...

I would think you should be getting child support if you can find their father.

you can call 211 for any assistance programs they might have for your family other than Christmas too
